Data collected and purposes

Contact form: name, email address, brand or company, type of project, budget, timing and message. This data is only used to answer your request and, if you wish, to prepare a quote.

Free audit: the address of the site to audit is read by the studio and sent to Google (PageSpeed Insights) for the Lighthouse measure. The result is kept for an hour at most, so that it can be emailed to you. If you ask for the report, your email address is used to send it, and the studio receives a copy with the result. The studio only contacts you if you ticked the box for it.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and your consent to be contacted after an audit (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time by email. No data is sold or used for advertising.

Recipients and processors

Cloudflare (site hosting and Turnstile spam protection), Google (Lighthouse measure of the audit, PageSpeed Insights), Resend (email delivery of form messages and audit reports) and Proton (the studio’s mailbox). Cloudflare, Google and Resend are based in the United States: transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and trackers

This site uses no cookies. It only keeps in your browser, for the length of your visit, a note that avoids replaying the opening animation. Nothing is sent anywhere.

The form and the audit are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a bot, is sending it, without advertising cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact​ (at) focsa.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
